MPG-084 Inline Gearbox

Macron’s Inline and Right-Angle planetary gearboxes are specially designed for integration with Linear robotic systems, Linear actuators, Gantry systems, and 7th axis robot slides. These gearboxes are a direct bolt-on installation that eliminates the need for couplings and large mounting brackets, essentially making the drive assembly a seamless integral unit.

The exclusive Macron design features include:

Zero backlash clamping to actuator and motor shafts
Low backlash in a lightweight package
A single screw clamping collar attachment for the pulley housing
Piloted interfaces for concentric alignment
Easy bolted connections
Gears designed for infinite life when operated at rated torque
