Ball Screw Linear Actuators

Macron Dynamics’ ball screw linear actuators are designed for precise linear motion in automation systems. Featuring C7-class rolled ball screws with optional precision-ground screws, these actuators offer user-defined stroke lengths and multiple lead options. Constructed from extruded aluminum with T-slots, they support flexible mounting in any orientation. Models reach horizontal speeds from 250 mm/s up to 1,000 mm/s and support loads from 15 Ibs up to 250 lbs, with repeatability conforming to C7 standards. Well-suited for applications requiring accurate positioning and high load capacities, these actuators excel in material handling, robotics, and automated assembly.
