Dual Cart Actuators

Macron Dynamics’ dual-cart actuators provide synchronized, high-precision linear motion with two independent carts on a single axis. Constructed from extruded aluminum with T-slots for easy integration, models like the MDC-14H reach speeds from 3,000 mm/s up to 10,160 mm/sec and support loads from 10 Ibs up to 1000 lbs. Designed for high-load, coordinated motion applications, these actuators ensure reliable performance in material handling, robotics, and automated assembly.
