The MSA-BT2 Belt Driven Actuator is a compact linear actuator designed for precision motion in light-duty industrial automation and gantry systems. It features an extruded aluminum body with T-slots for flexible mounting and a zero-backlash belt-to-pulley system for smooth, accurate travel. The MSA-BT2 supports user-defined stroke lengths up to 3,540 mm, speeds up to 3,810 mm/s, and repeatability of ±0.05 mm. Corrosion-resistant components and optional washdown-duty or water-resistant configurations provide reliable operation in demanding environments.
Each actuator can be supplied with T-slot sensors, gearboxes, or motor mounting adaptors upon request. For travel requirements over standard values, contact Macron Dynamics for assistance.
