The MSA-BT1 Belt Driven Actuator is a compact linear actuator designed for precision motion control in light-duty industrial and automation applications. It features an extruded aluminum body with T-slots for flexible mounting, along with a zero-backlash belt-to-pulley system for smooth, accurate positioning. The MSA-BT1 supports user-defined stroke lengths up to 2,565 mm, speeds up to 3,810 mm/s, and repeatability of ±0.05 mm. Corrosion-resistant components and optional water-resistant or washdown-duty configurations ensure reliable performance in various environments.
Each actuator can be supplied with T-slot sensors, gearboxes, or motor mounting adaptors upon request. For travel requirements over standard values, contact Macron Dynamics for assistance.
