The MSA-14S Belt Driven Actuator is a heavy-duty linear actuator designed for precise motion control in industrial automation and gantry systems. It features an extruded aluminum body with T-slots, 14 mm hard chrome-plated steel rails, and a zero-backlash belt-to-pulley system for smooth, accurate performance. The MSA-14S supports user-defined stroke lengths up to 5,625 mm, speeds up to 10,160 mm/s, and repeatability of ±0.025 mm. Corrosion-resistant components and optional washdown-duty or water-resistant configurations ensure reliable operation in demanding environments.
Each belt driven actuator can be supplied with T-slot sensors, gearboxes, or motor mounting adaptors upon request. Cable track is available upon request. For travel requirements over standard values, contact Macron Dynamics for assistance.
