The MSA?14H Belt Driven Actuator is a heavy-duty linear actuator designed for precision motion in industrial automation and gantry applications. It features an extruded aluminum body with T-slots, 14 mm hard chrome-plated steel rails, and a zero-backlash belt-to-pulley system for smooth, accurate performance. The actuator supports user-defined stroke lengths up to 5,625 mm, speeds up to 10,160 mm/s, and repeatability of ±0.025 mm. Durable, corrosion-resistant components and optional washdown-duty or water-resistant configurations provide reliable operation in demanding environments.
Each belt driven actuator can be supplied with T-slot sensors, gearboxes, or motor mounting adaptors upon request. Cable track is also available upon request. For travel requirements beyond standard values, contact Macron Dynamics for assistance.
