The MSA-R20 Rail Actuator is a heavy-duty linear actuator designed for precision motion control in industrial automation and gantry systems. It features an extruded aluminum body with T-slots for flexible mounting and a zero-backlash belt-to-pulley system for smooth, accurate travel. The MSA-R20 supports user-defined stroke lengths up to 5,610 mm, speeds up to 3,810 mm/s, and repeatability of ±0.05 mm. Built with corrosion-resistant components and available with optional washdown-duty or water-resistant configurations, it ensures reliable performance in demanding environments.
Each belt driven actuator can be supplied with T-slot sensors, gearboxes, or motor mounting adaptors upon request. Cable track is available upon request. For travel requirements over standard values, contact Macron Dynamics for assistance.
