MSA-PSC Actuator

The MSA-PSC Belt Driven Actuator is a high-performance linear actuator designed for precision motion in industrial automation and gantry systems. It features a parallel shaft configuration with synchronized dual-belt operation to provide stable, accurate movement across long travel lengths and high speeds. The modular design allows flexible motor and gearbox mounting, supporting integration into custom multi-axis assemblies. Built with robust aluminum and steel components, the MSA-PSC ensures long-lasting durability, minimal maintenance, and consistent performance in demanding environments.

  • Single Axis Belt Driven Actuator.
  • User defined Strokes.
  • Mounting flexibility in any orientation.
  • Extruded aluminum actuator body with T-slots for ease of mounting.
  • Easy to adjust belt tensioner.
  • One piece machined and stress proof shafted pulley.
  • Zero backlash belt to pulley design.
  • Corrosion resistant components.
  • Washdown Duty or Water- Resistant Options upon request.

Product Notes

Each belt driven actuator can be supplied with T-slot sensors, gearboxes, or motor mounting adaptors upon request. Cable track is available upon request. For travel requirements over standard values, contact Macron Dynamics for assistance.
