The MSA-SB5 Belt Drive is a compact linear actuator designed for precise motion control in light-duty industrial automation and gantry applications. It features an extruded aluminum body with T-slots for flexible mounting and a zero-backlash belt-to-pulley system for smooth, accurate travel. The MSA-SB5 supports user-defined stroke lengths up to 5,610 mm, speeds up to 3,810 mm/s, and repeatability of ±0.05 mm. Corrosion-resistant components and optional washdown-duty or water-resistant configurations ensure reliable operation in demanding environments.
Each belt drive can be supplied with T-slot sensors, gearboxes, or motor mounting adaptors upon request. For travel requirements over standard values, contact Macron Dynamics for assistance.
