The MDS-SBH is a cartesian gantry robot designed for precise linear motion in industrial automation environments requiring synchronized dual-axis control. Featuring a stacked belt-driven configuration with independent Y-axis carriages, it delivers accurate and stable movement for coordinated material handling and assembly tasks. The system supports flexible motor and gearbox mounting options for integration into custom multi-axis platforms. Constructed with robust aluminum and steel components, the MDS-SBH provides long-lasting durability, minimal maintenance, and consistent performance in high-duty applications.
Center-to-center spacing is the distance between each actuator cart’s center line. Each X-X’ system can be supplied with T-slot sensors, gearboxes, or motor mounting adaptors upon request. Some X-X’ systems include cable track; please refer to the Product Specification download document for the standard size.
