MAA-R20

The MAA-R20 is a belt-driven linear actuator designed for high-speed, precision motion in industrial automation systems. Featuring a reinforced timing belt and a rigid aluminum extrusion, it delivers stable and accurate travel across extended lengths. Its modular design supports a variety of motor and gearbox mounting options, allowing for easy integration into custom multi-axis configurations. Built with durable aluminum and steel components, the MAA-R20 provides consistent performance, minimal maintenance, and long-term reliability in demanding environments.

  • Single Axis Belt Driven Actuator.
  • User defined Strokes.
  • Mounting flexibility in any orientation.
  • Extruded aluminum actuator body with T-slots for ease of mounting.
  • Easy to adjust belt tensioner.
  • One piece machined and stress proof shafted pulley.
  • Zero backlash belt to pulley design.
  • Corrosion resistant components.
  • Washdown Duty or Water- Resistant Options upon request.

Product Notes

Each belt-driven actuator can be supplied with T-slot sensors, gearboxes, or motor mounting adaptors upon request. Cable track is available upon request. For travel requirements over standard values, contact Macron Dynamics for assistance.
