The MCS-HBG-50 is a high-capacity H-Bot gantry system engineered for fast, synchronized motion in industrial automation environments. Featuring a dual-motor belt-driven configuration, it provides precise movement along two axes with a lightweight, open-frame design. The system supports various motor and gearbox mounting options for seamless integration into custom automation setups. Built with durable aluminum and steel components, the MCS-HBG-50 delivers stable performance, minimal maintenance, and reliability in high-speed, high-load applications.
Each X-Y-Z system can be supplied with T-slot sensors, gearboxes, or motor mounting adaptors upon request. All X-Y-Z systems include cable track; please refer to the Product Specification download document for the standard size. Motor sizing information is provided in the Product Specification document. For travel requirements exceeding standard values, contact Macron Dynamics for assistance.
