Dual-Cart, Single-Motor Actuation with Centering Design

Overview

This actuator is engineered with a unique single axis, centering design that enables two independent carts to move simultaneously over a stroke length of 1500 mm, maintaining identical speed, direction, and travel distance, all driven by a single motor. Its design enables high-speed operation beyond screw-drive limits, fits easily into existing systems, and can be quickly customized for specific applications.

Key Innovation

The centering design allows both carts to move outward or inward in perfect synchronization without requiring a second motor or complex control system. This approach offers a simpler, faster, and more cost-effective alternative to conventional dual-motion systems.
