The MSA-R2D Belt Driven Actuator is a compact linear actuator designed for precision motion control in light-duty industrial automation and gantry applications. It features an extruded aluminum body with T-slots for flexible mounting and a zero-backlash belt-to-pulley system for smooth, accurate travel. The MSA-R2D supports user-defined stroke lengths up to 3,810 mm, speeds up to 3,810 mm/s, and repeatability of ±0.05 mm. Corrosion-resistant components and optional washdown-duty or water-resistant configurations ensure reliable performance in demanding environments.
Each belt driven actuator can be supplied with T-slot sensors, gearboxes, or motor mounting adaptors upon request. Cable track is available upon request. For travel requirements over standard values, contact Macron Dynamics for assistance.
