The MDS-SB1 is a dual X-axis cartesian gantry robot designed for synchronized linear motion in industrial automation environments. It features a belt-driven configuration with independent actuator carriages, enabling precise multi-point positioning along a shared axis. The modular design allows for flexible motor and gearbox mounting, making it suitable for integration into complex multi-axis systems. Constructed with durable aluminum and steel components, the MDS-SB1 delivers stable performance, low maintenance, and long-term reliability in high-speed applications.
Center-to-center spacing is the distance between each actuator cart’s center line. Each X-X’ system can be supplied with T-slot sensors, gearboxes, or motor mounting adaptors upon request. Some X-X’ systems include cable track; please refer to the Product Specification download document for the standard size.
