Samuel J. Riccio Joins as Director of Operations

Meet Macron Dynamics new Director of Operations, Samuel J. Riccio, who is an industrial automation industry expert for semiconductors and government applications.


Macron Dynamics Inc. is pleased to announce that Samuel J. Riccio has joined the team as our new Director of Operations. With Samuel’s extensive background and expertise in parallel industries, we are confident he will be a great asset to the Macron Dynamics team and in directing our team’s operations as we strive for continued growth.

As a results-driven professional with extensive hands-on experience, Samuel is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and leading results-oriented Engineering and Quality teams. He is a creative problem solver and decision maker with the ability to set priorities and initiate action plans to attain objectives.

Samuel initially started his career in a machine shop as a machinist apprentice. Once he received his journeyman’s papers, he returned to school to pursue a mechanical engineering degree from Drexel University. As a mechanical engineer, he focused on industrial automation for the semiconductor industry and military/defense applications, advancing from a mechanical engineer through to Engineering Manager, and ultimately to Director of Engineering & Operations.

With expertise in all stages of equipment design, he has a plethora of skills in cost control and reduction strategies, as well as, hands-on experience in manufacturing and fabrication environments. Samuel is also skilled at Six Sigma/Lean Methodology and has experience in facilitating Department of Defense and Government Contracts.

Fun Fact: Samuel previously worked alongside Macron Dynamics founder and owner, Tony Cirone, as well as our Executive Vice President, Craig Marshall, before Macron Dynamics was founded in 1988.
