Addressing COVID-19

Dear Members of our Business Community,

The health and safety of our customers, vendors, and our staff is very important at Macron Dynamics, Inc.

Please be assured that we are fully committed to ensuring the health and safety of everyone during the current Coronavirus situation.

We have always taken cleanliness and sanitation practices seriously but considering the current concerns around public health and safety, we are increasing the frequency of our cleaning protocols and safety precautions throughout our facility.

Additional actions we are implementing include:

• Encouraging our remote Sales staff to work from home
• Asking staff who feel ill for any reason to stay home until they recover
• Canceling all nonessential travel until further notice
• Planning meetings with Macron staff, whether normally held at our facility or at other locations, remotely via teleconferencing and canceling or postponing them when possible.

We intend to monitor and follow the most current CDC public health recommendations, and our goal is to provide the best possible outcomes for our production and delivery of orders. All Macron Dynamics project schedules will be assessed and coordinated with our suppliers in order to keep our customers informed in a timely manner in the event of material delivery delays and/or labor shortages caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Currently, and fortunately, all Macron Dynamics employees are healthy, and we hope these actions will help them to remain so. Although we are currently operating our business as usual, we will continue to closely monitor this situation through both local and national health organizations and will modify our plans accordingly.
