The MSA-135 Belt Driven Actuator is a high-speed linear actuator designed for precise motion control in industrial automation and gantry systems. Its extruded aluminum body with T-slots provides flexible mounting in any orientation, while the one-piece machined pulley and adjustable tensioner deliver smooth, near-zero backlash operation. The MSA-135 supports user-defined stroke lengths up to 5,555 mm, speeds up to 5,080 mm/s, and repeatability of ±0.025 mm. Durable, corrosion-resistant components and optional washdown-duty or water-resistant configurations ensure reliable performance in demanding environments.
Each belt driven actuator can be supplied with T-slot sensors, gearboxes, or motor mounting adaptors upon request. Cable track is available upon request. For travel requirements over standard values, contact Macron Dynamics for assistance.
