Shipper / Receiver
About the Role
Macron Dynamics, Inc. is currently seeking a dependable and organized Shipper / Receiver to join our operations team. This position plays a vital role in managing the flow of materials and finished goods throughout our facility, including shipping, receiving, and occasional local deliveries to vendors and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks; verify shipments
- Package and prepare outgoing products for safe transport
- Drive company vehicle to deliver and pick up items from vendors and customers
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials
- Interface with internal teams including Program Managers and Technicians
- Operate within ERP systems to manage inventory and shipping documentation
- Ensure materials are properly stored, labeled, and tracked
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–3 years of experience in inventory handling or shipping/receiving (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely (physically demanding role)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
