Macron Dynamics engineers mechanical motion systems to meet requirements for clean room applications, minimum vibration, and other unique specifications. Moving and sorting millions of eggs per year, this systems needed to be gentle, fast, precise and clean. A second mechanical motion system that uses a screw driven positioning table provided precision movement of a protective crystal glass case used to house valuable artifacts in a museum. The screw driven motion system lifts the cover smoothly and evenly. The vibration specs dictated a nickel stand on its’ edge throughout the full range of motion.
