
Anthony J. Cirone – CEO, President and Chief Technology Officer
Tony is the founder and original designer of the Macron Dynamics product line. Tony’s career in the automation industry and experience with product design and application engineering spans more than 30 years, with over 20 years forming Macron into an innovative automation solutions company. Designs by Tony can be found across the continent from factory floor to test system walls to all the Florida theme parks and even the bottom of the sea.
Tony holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Penn State University. He is a member and former board member of Christian Life Center Church and he is an active member of the DVIRC (Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center) CEO forum. Most recently he was a finalist for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Greater Philadelphia region.

Craig Marshall – COO, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Craig is an experienced business manager and wears many of the hats needed to run the day to day operations of Macron Dynamics. Craig joined Macron fresh from a 23 year run as EVP and General Manager of Jade Corporation, a leading automation systems and precision machining design/build company.
Craig is an expert in business process from marketing to sales through manufacturing execution. His customers have been a diverse mix across all industries from Fortune 100 firms to inventor/entrepreneurial start-ups. He is as comfortable in the board room as he is on the shop floor.
Craig earned a BS degree in Industrial Technology from Millersville University. Prior to entering industry he was a high school shop teacher. When not focusing and driving Macron’s growth, Craig enjoys playing tennis, daily swims and DIY home improvement projects.

Steve Evers – Director of Business Development and Chief Customer Advocate
Steve is a creative wiz and student of all things manufacturing. With more than a 20 year track record of solution sales experience, Steve is our guide for all distributors and manufacturers representatives engaged in selling Macron Dynamics products. His vision is well respected and he is instrumental in pushing and pulling Macron into new products and markets.
Steve is an active member of RIA (Robotics Industry Association), MCA (Motion Control Association), LRIG (Laboratory Robotics Interest Group) and represents Macron at AHTD (Association for High Technology Distribution) and PTDA (Power Transmission Distributors Association) national events.
Steve attended Ohio Institute of Technology and Devry Institute of Technology where he received a degree in electrical engineering. Steve is an expert in industrial lighting using LED technology. If he is not online performing research or learning about new technology, Steve can be found on his bike cruising the back roads of Buck County.

Chris Robinson – Director of Engineering and Chief Innovation Advocate
Chris is a master of design concepts and creative solutions to challenging applications. Chris has a wealth of experience more than 30 years of product and manufacturing equipment design across a diverse mix of industries and applications from medical devices and pharmaceutical,s to solar panel technology. He is comfortable working on the fine details of design or managing large-scale installations on three continents.
Chris spent many years as owner/operator of the design firm Isthmus, LLC where he wore “all the hats” needed to run a successful company. He has more than 15 patents where he is the inventor or co-inventor.
A former rugby player, Chris was educated in the UK and began his education by completing a five year apprenticeship becoming a toolmaker and continued on to earn a Higher National Diploma and Higher National Certificate in both mechanical and electrical engineering. When not immersed in a CAD design model, Chris coaches his son’s soccer team.
