This video demonstrates a product transfer “pusher” unit that is used to move sacks of product from one stage to a conveyor transfer system. The system features two MacBUILT heavy duty rail actuators mounted in a dual arrangement with connecting shaft which provide X axis motion. A MacBUILT “Z axis” rail actuator with a 50mm-wide belt provides vertical motion and mounting for a pusher blade.
This video features an automated overhead camera tracking system using a Macron XYZ Cartesian robot gantry system comprised of MacBUILT 14 linear actuators in dual X, single Y, and Z axis configurations. The MacBUILT 14 model is a linear actuator suitable for heavy loads and high speed motion of up to 400 inches/sec.
In this video, two MacBUILT dual independent belt drive units were piggybacked to provide actuation of 4 independently controlled carts. The carts were specifically modified for the application. This system was for a bottling line packaging operation where bottles were transferred and separated during the transfer process to provide programmable spacing or gap between products.
The winning video of of Macron’s 2010 Show Us Your Macron Video Contest is a camera system used in a broadcasting studio. Macron’s products were used to operate a floor mounted video camera and teleprompter guidance system. The system features a MacBUILT 14 X axis actuator with an application configured wrap around cart. MacSTANDARD MSA-14 actuators with extended carts provide the Z axis motion in a dual configuration.
